Welcome to the Medical Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") of THEDERMA SHANGHAI CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "THEDERMA").

The information provided on this Platform is intended to offer healthcare professionals medical information regarding THEDERMA's products and related therapeutic areas. The product information on this Platform is not comprehensive; healthcare professionals may obtain complete product information through the approved package inserts. The information provided on this Platform is for general informational and educational purposes only, and shall not be used for promotional purposes, shall not replace consultation with healthcare institutions, shall not serve as clinical medication guidance, and shall not be relied upon as medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

1.1 THEDERMA Medical Website ("Platform"): refers to the online platform services provided to you by THEDERMA and its affiliates through various channels, including: THEDERMA Medical Information Website, THEDERMA Medical Professional Website, THEDERMA Medical WeChat Official Account, THEDERMA Medical WeChat Mini Program, and other channels that may be added from time to time in the future.

1.2 Platform Rules: include this Agreement, the THEDERMA Medical Website Privacy Policy, and various rules, announcements, interactive interface copy, and other content that we have published or may publish/update in the future and notify you through reasonable means. All the foregoing rules constitute an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect.

1.3 Third-Party Links: Please note that this Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. When you use products or services provided by third parties, you shall comply with the user agreements and other rules of such third parties.

1.4 Scope of Application: This Platform and its contents comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Although information on this Platform may be accessed by persons outside China, the information regarding THEDERMA's products is intended solely for residents of China. Other countries may have laws, regulations, and healthcare practices that differ from those in China. Through links on this Platform, you may access certain websites created by various departments and subsidiaries of THEDERMA, some of which are located outside China and may contain content that is appropriate only for those local jurisdictions. Article 2: User Eligibility and Identity Verification

2.1 User Eligibility: This Platform is intended solely for use by healthcare professionals in Mainland China. By registering for and using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are a healthcare professional who meets the following criteria:

(1) You hold a valid practicing physician qualification, licensed pharmacist qualification, or other nationally recognized healthcare professional qualification certificate in the People's Republic of China;

(2) You are a healthcare professional lawfully registered and practicing within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

2.2 Identity Verification: To verify your identity as a healthcare professional, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration, including:

(1) Name, mobile phone number, and email address;

(2) Name of your practicing institution and department;

(3) Practicing qualification certificate number or professional technical title;

(4) Other identity verification information reasonably required by this Platform.

2.3 Guarantee of Information Authenticity: You shall ensure that the relevant materials you submit comply with laws and regulations, public order and good morals, and the principle of truthfulness, and shall not submit any content that is illegal or in violation of regulations, has adverse effects, or infringes upon the rights of third parties. You shall promptly update us when any information in such materials changes. You shall not impersonate others to register, register for others without authorization, or register an account in a manner that may mislead other users. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deny registration or cancel the account upon discovery, and any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

Article 3: User Account and Security

3.1 Account Management: You shall properly safeguard your account, password, verification codes, and other identity authentication credentials, and shall not disclose these credentials to any third party in any form.

3.2 Accountability for Account Activities: Any operations conducted using your account, password, or verification codes, all information you send to us via the mobile phone number bound to your account, and all information sent to us through other devices or terminals bound to your account, shall be deemed as your actions. You shall be responsible for all activities conducted under your account (including but not limited to various operations on the online platform, execution of various documents, contracts, and agreements).

3.3 Transfer Restrictions: Unless otherwise provided by laws or regulations or with our permission, your account shall not be transferred in any manner.

3.4 Account Reclamation: You understand and agree that, in order to fully utilize account resources and ensure data security, if you fail to provide necessary information or pass identity verification after registration, or if you fail to log in to the account for an extended period, this Platform reserves the right to reclaim or cancel the account. Upon reclamation or cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to this Platform through that account, and the relevant information under your account will be deleted or anonymized, and any losses incurred as a result shall be borne by you.

3.5 Account Cancellation: You may apply for cancellation of your account in accordance with the procedures of this Platform; however, you shall remain liable for any actions conducted under your account prior to such cancellation.

Article 4: Platform Services

4.1 Information Services: This Platform provides content solely for the purposes of scientific education and information dissemination, for reference by healthcare professionals, and does not constitute medical advice or product promotion. Certain content on this Platform may involve products or indications that have not been approved in Mainland China. 4.2 Information Restrictions: Drug information published on this Platform shall be scientific and accurate, and comply with national laws, regulations, and relevant provisions governing drugs and medical devices. Article 6: Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, software, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property laws, and is owned by the Company or its licensors.

6.2 Without the prior written permission of the Company, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, license, or otherwise use any content of this Platform in any manner.

6.3 All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and domain names appearing on this Platform are the property of the Company or their respective owners.

For material amendments that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through reasonable means, such as announcements or pop-up prompts on this Platform. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you should immediately cease using this Platform. Your continued use of this Platform constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. You are advised to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.

Article 10: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Agreement and your use of this Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in the location of the Company's domicile.

Article 11: Miscellaneous

11.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of this Platform.

11.3 "Affiliates" as used in this Agreement refers to any company or other legal entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.
